More about Keturah and Bradford:
Keturah Allgood was born and raised in the mountains of Western North Carolina. She is a Soulful Americana artist who draws on her myriad of life experiences for inspiration. While traversing the dusty back roads and often forgotten places, she gently taps into the heart and soul of our shared existence. Keturah believes that music has the power to bring all of us together and reminds us that love, kindness and compassion always shine through the darkness of these often trying times.
Bradford is the multi-instrumental master! and music director. He has been right by Keturahs side for many years playing everything from drums to banjo. Many styles of music influence his sound simply because there is good music everywhere. Bradford was raised in Virginia and grew up singing, playing the piano, and listening to anything from Hendrix to Mozart. He gradually picked up brass instruments and strings while learning bits about theory and recording, eventually attending Musician's Institute, Longwood University, and Virginia Commonwealth University. He has since been performing, teaching, and recording regionally. When he relocated to the mountains of western North Carolina in 2012 he met Keturah Allgood his first day in town, and the rest is history.
