About the event
Let's Can these amazing peaches! 2022 has been a wonderful peach season, lets celebrate this wonderful fruit and put some of this years crop away to enjoy later.
We will go through the steps of blanching and peeling peaches
Making a peach canning syrup
Serilizing, filling, and processing jars
We will also be making Peach Pie Filling to can for later
guests will head home with jars for our bounty to share with friends and family
guests are welcome to bring their own wine/ beer or may purchase wine at the class
