This one is for the oyster lovers! learn what to look for when purchasing oysters and determining quality and freshness, and then we will get to shuckin'
Learn How to Shuck like a pro
how to make sauces for oysters on the half shell raw
two variations of baked oysters
two variations of poached oysters
some caviar will be making an appearance
and learn how to make a perfect creme brulee crust for dessert
We will also open a few bottles of wine that pair perfectly with the oyster lineup begining with bubbles and moving on to some really neat wines that will take these oysters to the next level.
